If you're not going to support Chrome, don't list information technology as supported.  Alternatively, apparently land that there may be problems with browsers other than IE and that the user is on their own if they choose to employ a 3rd party production.

But given that Microsoft has a listing of supported browsers, how is it that this event is not Microsoft's responsibility, at least at a master level?!

I have had the aforementioned trouble for over a twelvemonth.  I wasted a lot of fourth dimension with Microsoft/Hotmail support, to absolutely no avail.  The support squad danced effectually this problem verbally, in all the complaints associated with this issue, which is:  You cannot search your emails based upon any criteria, i.e.: To:, From:, Subject:, Key Words, it ever comes back saying that it is distressing.  And it is sorry! I regret not having anything positive to post on this Email SEARCH FAILURE issue.
